LEADERSHIP COACHING
Leadership coaching is the process of performing individual coaching with small-business leaders to assist them in achieving their full-potential while maximizing performance in a small-business environment. The leadership coaching process is customized to each leader’s focus and unique needs. All coaching sessions are kept strictly confidential, and the person being coached outlines the agenda for each session. Typically, the Leadership Coach will act as an expert listener and neutral observer. Challenging questions may also be asked that will help the person being coached reach leadership-based decisions with more insight and clarity.
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT COACHING
Just like a basketball coach, a Personal Development Coach works with the client to “Awaken The Giant” that is already within. In Personal Development Coaching, we focus on the “Big Picture” of what you desire to achieve in your business and life. By determining what motivates you, we utilize this knowledge so that you can continue moving forward on your goals and dreams. All of us have different core-belief systems that ultimately shape our values, ideas, and unfortunately, our fears. Coaching allows the client to view their world through the unbiased perception of another. This enables the client to see strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and even risks, that may have otherwise gone unnoticed.
