In a recent article written by Jay Tankersley, and published via Vital Learning, the importance of employee motivation cannot be under-emphasized, especially considering it’s often the culprit of whether organizations succeed or fail over the long term. As the author suggests, one of the reasons the American economy has continued to maintain its strong international presence, is due to the fact the U.S. workers are some of the most productive workers in the world… With that being said, is it possible that we’ve reached our maximum impact globally? Some suggest yes.
