I recently had the opportunity to interview Andy O’Dower of Beyond Credentials. Founded in 2008, Beyond Credentials gives students and alumni from the top 250 Universities in the US with at least a 3.0 GPA an exclusive place to personally market themselves and to get noticed by only the best companies. I really enjoyed talking with Andy. His insight and experience is truly inspiring.

O’Reilly Automotive Parts officially started in Springfield Missouri in November 1957. At the end of 2009, the company operated 3,535 stores and did over $4.85 billion in annual sales. O’Reilly Automotive is a great story of how an entrepreneurial family took a small company and turned it into a corporate giant.
