One of the goals I have as a leadership development coach, is to empower leaders to make a positive difference in the lives of others, and one of the ways I do that is by helping leaders make their organizations a better place to work. And it all starts with our TTI Success Insights 360 survey and assessment tools! Click Here to Learn More
What is a 360?
360 surveys are assessment tools that offer leaders the feedback they need about their performance so they can ultimately be more effective in their roles, and in leading their respective organizations. The subject of the survey (the person being evaluated) is rated in leadership, communication, productivity, and technical skills areas. It’s important to point out that the person being evaluated also rates themselves in these areas to reveal any blind spots that may exist.
What does a 360 accomplish?
Leaders, managers, and executives use the feedback provided by the 360 survey to create organizational and individual development plans. The feedback they receive from the survey itself offers a tremendous personal benefit since they are now able to see how their leadership styles are perceived by those they work with and manage. As they make adjustments with this new information, they are able to better interact with and manage members of their team. This ultimately benefits the entire organization.
Why you should do it!
360 surveys offer their greatest impact when they are used to evaluate a leader’s performance, and/or to improve the performance of the entire organization. Each 360 I administer is customized to meet the needs of specific organizational or personal goals. The information gathered during this process is then used to help you and your organization develop continuous learning programs, and to offer training and coaching in those areas where leaders, managers, and executives should focus their improvement efforts.
