“I want to recommend and thank Nathan for who he is and what he does to help business owners. He has a wonderful assessment process, which I went through. Not only did he take the time to show me ways to communicate that better enable me to serve my customers and those I train, but he also helped me discover those characteristics that can greatly improve the results in my business. I highly recommend his coaching.” - Debbie Leslie

Assessments
TTI’s assessments measure the five dimensions that contribute to superior performance. These are Behaviors, Motivators, Acumen, Competencies, and Emotional Intelligence (EQ). TTI’s TriMetrix solutions are a suite of assessments that integrate three or more of the five dimensions to improve performance results on your team and in your organization.
Job Benchmarking
TTI’s Job Benchmarking solutions allows organizations to benchmark a specific job, not the person. This is an interactive process that can be used for employee development, improved employee selection, overall retention and management.
Five Dimensions of Performance
Behaviors
Also known as DISC, TTI’s Behavioral Assessments measure Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance. When you evaluate a person’s Behaviors, you learn how that individual will perform in the workplace; what they will bring to the team; their ideal work environment; and limitations/areas for improvement they may have.
Motivators
Also known as Values, TTI’s Motivators Assessments measure six key areas: Theoretical, Utilitarian, Social, Individualistic, Aesthetic, and Traditional. Our Motivators or our Values are the windows through which we view the world. Whereas Behaviors reveal the HOW of what we do, Motivators reveal the WHY of a person’s actions; in other words, what motivates them to perform or not perform on the job.
Acumen
A person’s Acumen is measured in three dimensions of thought: Intrinsic, Extrinsic and Systemic. Acumen evaluates a person’s depth of perception. In other words, it will identify how a person thinks and makes decisions, as well as clarify their natural abilities and capacities.
Competencies
TTI’s Competency Assessments measure 23-25 research-based skills that are directly related to the business environment. Competencies are defined on three basic levels: Mastery, Some Mastery, or No Mastery. When applied in conjunction with a Job Benchmark, an analysis of competencies ensure the skills of each individual match the skills required of the job.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
Emotional Intelligence is an individual’s ability to sense, understand and effectively apply the power and acumen of our emotions to facilitate high levels of collaboration and productivity.
